Hepsia Email Manager
Hepsia's Email Manager is an all-in-one mail management tool, which will give you absolute command over your electronic mail accounts and electronic mailing lists. With this easy-to-navigate graphical user interface, you can create a brand new mailbox account in no time and administer its settings effortlessly. Moreover, you can forward e-mail messages from one e-mail box account to another, create e-mail filters, set up auto-response messages and protect your email mailboxes against unsolicited bulk mail messages.
Anti-Spam Protection
We have server-side anti-spam filtering software, so you can protect all your email accounts against spam email messages. You can also change the anti-spam protection level from 'Very Low' to 'Very High' to ensure that no unwanted messages will find their way into your email mailbox. Your e-mails will be filtered out based on their spam score. You can also decide whether an electronic mail message blacklisted as spam should be deleted or redirected to a certain e-mail box account.
Email Filters
E-mail filters are ideal for filtrating your incoming e-mails based on specific rules specified by you. Creating e-mail filters is very easy - all you have to do is fill out a simple form and your e-mail filter will be activated and will take effect immediately. You can easily set up a mail filter for any of your e-mail box accounts and specify the email filtering criteria according to your preference.
Email Forwarding
You can easily forward your incoming electronic mail messages from one email box account to another, or even to a number of other mailboxes. Simply select the email box account you wish to forward messages from, then select the target e-mail box and indicate if you want to leave a copy on our mail servers.
Auto-Configuration Options
With the Email Manager, you can easily configure the e-mail client of your choice to access your email box accounts. Just navigate to the Auto-Config column next to the mailbox you would like to set up on your computer or handheld device and click on the electronic mail client that you wish to use (Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Express, Mozilla Thunderbird or Apple Mail). Then a file will be created for you. Drag the file to your email client and the new email box will be set up in an instant.

With the Email Manager GUI, working with multiple email mailbox accounts at the same time is a piece of cake. The Email Manager will also permit you to easily create an autoresponder message - enter the message you want people to notice and our system will handle everything else. And if you want to set up a catch-all email box - you can achieve that with a simple click on the Catch-all icon.
